Classes >> Swings

East Coast Swing – Otherwise known as “Triple Swing”. This dance has six to eight count patterns that requires a rock step for both male and female to begin.

Four Count Swing
– This dance is similar to the Hustle but without the “double step”. One of the easiest Swings to learn, not mention fun! Music used for this dance is usally dance music and some techno.

Hustle – Also known as “Disco”. This dance is a fast-paced dance with a lot of spins. Slower dance music and techno is good for hustle.

Nightclub Two Step – One of the most practical and versatile dances ever conceived. It is designed to use soft rock, certain pop, or as we call, “Love Songs” for music. Though you have a choice of what you want to do with this dance. Do you want to dance the Two Step with a funk? Or do you want this dance to be romantic? Your choice. Just keep in mind that this dance rarely changes from the one and two count. Surely a dance you can play around with.

West Coast Swing – Consisting of six to eight count patterns, this dance is much more technical and harder to learn than any other Swing. This dance has a lot of “walks” and syncopations. Knowing East Coast Swing will help prep you for this dance.
