Party Rental Rates for BirthdaysAnniversaries, Graduations, Fundraisers, Jam Sessions, Meetings, Association Parties… etc.

• To reserve for a party, please book us two (2) or three (3) months in advance.
• There is a non – refundable security deposit (depending on what day you select).

Party Rental Rates

(Exclusive Private Party)

All deposits are non – refundable. “Balance” must be paid-off before party starts.

Weekdays (Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays)

• $400 + $150 cleaning fee ($20 down payment)
• $25 per hour on ballroom DJ music

Weekends

Cleaning Fee: $150. Ballroom DJ music is extra at $250

• Friday: 7:00 pm – 12:00 midnight – $900 ($450 down payment)
• Saturday Afternoon: 1:00pm – 6:00 pm – $500 ($250 down payment)
• Saturday Night: 7:00 pm – 12:00 midnight – $900 ($450 down payment)
• Sunday Afternoon: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm – $450 (225 down payment)
• Sunday Night: 6:00pm – 11:00 pm – $500 ($250 down payment)
• Extentions: $75/hour – This is only if you want to extend your party longer than what was agreed upon.

Affordable Budget Weekday and Weekend Rates (Non-Exclusive Party):

Applies to: anyone who have a guest list of 50 people or less (No exceptions). Down Payment: $100 non – refundable You Pay: $10.00 per your invited guest.

Hiring Dance Hosts:

If you would like to hire Dance Hosts/DIs for your party, it will be $75 Per Dance Host/DI. Please let us know if you would like to hire dance hosts the day you come in to reserve your party.
