Hall Rentals

Party Rental Rates for BirthdaysAnniversaries, Graduations, Fundraisers, Jam Sessions, Meetings, Association Parties… etc.

• To reserve for a party, please book us two (2) or three (3) months in advance.
• There is a non - refundable security deposit of $500 (depending on which package you select). You must pay this deposit the same day you come in to our studio to reserve.
• If you would like to hire Dance Hosts/DIs for your party, it will be $75 Per Dance Host/DI. Please let us know if you would like to hire dance hosts the day you come in to reserve your party.

Rental Fee: $1,100 for 5 hours Extension Fee: $50 per hour Applicable Fee: $75 per Dance Host/DI Cleaning Fee: $75

Affordable BUDGET Parties (This will be considered as a Non - Private Party)

Applies to: anyone who have a guest list of 50 people or less (No exceptions). Down Payment: $100 non - refundable You Pay: $10.00 per your invited guest.

EZ Dancing Staff will compute the difference you owe from your down payment. Requirements:

1. Provide your own 33 gallon trash bags 2. Throw your own trash
• Because it is a non - exclusive party, outside guests may come and join the dance segment of your party.
• We will have Roving Dance Hosts.
• You may provide food/drinks for your party guests.
