Hatha Yoga is a scientific system over 6,000 years old, achieving longevity and radiant health. Yoga postures loosen joints by stretching and massaging the vertebrae, keeping them youthful even late into old age. Even a little bit of practice can produce astonishing improvements in your health. Almost anyone can do Yoga, no matter what age, sex, or size.
Yoga is non-competitive and can be most enjoyable.
Pre-pay for 6 week class for only $56.00
Walk-ins are $10 per class.
Things you will need to bring for Yoga Class:
- Yoga sticky mat
- Towel
- Water (bottled water is also available for $1.00 at studio)
Eat only a light snack before class. Class level will be one and two. New students welcome!
Cliff Lans has practiced Yoga for over 25 years. He has taught over thousands of classes at 24 Hour Fitness and Bally’s. Cliff’s style incorporates some Kundalini and Ashtanga.
